...late payments? We are on our second late payment for our mortgage. (1-2 weeks late) But they have been payed in full. Today we received a pre foreclosure letter from Wells Fargo saying that " If you DO NOT RESPOND within 30 days, a notice of default may be issued and you may lose your home in foreclosure." etc.I called, and the WF lady said they sent that letter out to everyone due to Washington State law. Was this a pre foreclosure letter? I am so confused and scared.Thanks. Are we in the first stages of foreclosure? Is that what this letter means?Thanks again. I called WF this evening, and could not for the life of me get an answer or explanation out of the customer service agent. Even my dh seems to think it's not a big deal. The letter received obviously states the heading of "Notice of Pre-Foreclosure Options".
