foreclosure? Co owner(my hubby's brother) lost his job. So my husband filed a loan modifcation and we got reduced payments of 723 for 5months. At the end we resubmitted our info. We let them know we are now married, co owner moved out and we now make more than we did then the last loan modifcation. We submitted all our paystubs, bank statements and a list of expenses.We told them we will be able to make a new payment of 1100.The old mortgage payment was 1600.My husband received a call today that we were denied and now in foreclosure again!If we have to pay the 1600 orginal payment we will. We just dont want to lose our home.Any advice please help =( thank you!!
