I start my loan modification two months ago
with wells fargo, how much i need to wait? i'm in the home affordable modification program, i send all the papers on march 18, and i call every week and they said i need to wait. I'm so tired

It sounds like they are reviewing all of your documentation before they place you on a trial payment. This could take 60-90 days.
It's better that they place you on a trial based on documentation, not just verbal submission. The headache now would be worth it later if the permanent loan modification is a breeze, and you don't need to resubmit everything after the trial period. |
