Loan Modification with Wells Fargo?
I have just been denied for a loan modification with Wells Fargo. THey say that I still have cash flow at the end of the month. Do you know what is the amount they consider to deny a modification. I have heard that I shouldn't have too little but not too much. But what quantities are we talking about? Thanks for helping!!!

It is not uncommon to have Wells Fargo deny a request for modification. What's important is how you react right away when you get the news. If you're correctly prepared and spring into action you may be able to turn that denial into an approval very fast.
The ideal amount of excess cashflow to show Wells Fargo will be determined mostly by your monthly income and monthly mortgage payment. These numbers will determine where the window for excess cashflow is determined. |
