I am having trouble with financial because I borrow too much home equity loan to invest the house. Now, I want to do the modification loan from wells Fargo bank. I never late payment. My credit score still good. my house is still have about 10 percent of equity. However, my payment is too much with the dept. I don,t know the guide line to make the lender approve for my modification loan so i need some help from you. Do you know how to calculate and fill out the finance sheets?Do you know the guide line to successfull on modification loan?Thanks
