Anyone having issues with wells fargo's loan

modification? They have lost paperwork, accused me of avoiding calls and ignoring messages that they never made. I have called the every 5 days for three months. They closed my file for being uncooperative. I am devastated. I did everything they asked and kept excellent records. They are a mess. Anyone had this type of service?
