I have been in a tight bind with car break down and daycare payments for 140.00 a week, I am going to be laid off in December and will have severance pay. My mortgage company is Wells Fargo and they have the escrow in with the mortgage. i can afford the payments if they take it out. I made a payment for August at the beginning of October and now i am just behind September and October and I can not make a payment until second week in November but they said they will not honor that payment and it will be in foreclosure.
