I have gotten a big pay cut. Im the only income for now in my home. I have a sister that is willing to help with negotiating the loan to keep my property But Washington Mutual has been non responsive and have lost my paperwork about four times all ready. I got a notice that due to missing items which where all ready submitted four times the loan modification was not approved. I desperetly need help. First it was Washington Mutual

Hope this helps as many as it has helped my family, We got denied a modification from Washington Mutual , so we contacted a company called HOPE in south florida, which is a non-profit organization that assisted us through the whole process untill our loan modification was complete, great company and service, they charge nothing to assist you, they were able to assist in lowering our mortgage balance , our monthly payment and our interest rate down to 4.2%, it took about 6 weeks to complete everything.
