I got a divorce four years ago in August. In the divorce decree my ex-wife as awarded the home and it was stated she was suppose to secure her own financing within 12 months, which she didn't. The decree stated in the event she was unable to secure her own financing that if she was late twice I could sell the home. I tried on several occasions to take her back to court regarding the late payments unsuccessfully. Now I am not in a position to hire an attorney and I am not sure it would be helpful. I have always had excellent credit and I would like to sell this property so I don't have to live with this foreclosure on my credit file for 7 to 10 years. Washington Mutual foreclosures
