Stop Foreclosure in Springdale

Medical bills, decreased income caused us to fall behind. Thought we were qualified for Loan modification.... fell farther behind and then we found out we were denied
Income has been adjusted back through various means. We are able to make the monthly payment but need to bring loan current. We are in preforclosure.
