My husband was laid off from the home building industry and was unemployed for 4 months. I made enough to pay our other bills, however lost one of our vehicles, but made payments on everything else to try and get caught up. Not enough to make the mortgage payment. My husband has since become employed, however we don't make enough to come up with the down payment of $5800.00 for Ocwen.
