We have been trying to refinance our home but was unable to because the debt to ratio. The adustable rate went to 10.125% from 2000 a month to almost $2800. We have tried, we were waiting for the pre payment to go away and then everything started to happen with the market. The payment adjusted in October then we started to try and save money by taking away form the bills to pay the mortgage that soon did not work. Now everything is crazy. The company Washington Mutual would not help us we have sent in forms to them 3 times and they want the home to go into foreclosure first. Well now we are at a point we can\'t not pay.
