We were told we were pre-approved for a home loan. We received the home and they paid off our property so we owe the home dealership for that as well. After living in the house for 7 months now. The home dealerships mortgage company ( same owner ) nor a private lender we went to are able to get us a loan. We did receive a letter that they are going to send us to collections for the $11,000.00 in interest payments we are behind. This is only because we have been told by each potential lender it looked good we should be able to get the interest included in the loan. So we were not paying thinking it would be paid off at the end of the current month ( s ). Now for the last attempt to get a loan, we were denied and tomorrow is when they start the collections process.
This was to be done prior to my wife going on maternity leave, but that didn't happen and now we can't get a loan do to her not working. She is going back to work on 1/2/08.

We currently don't have one but we are to be paying interest payments to Western Mortgage
