Default Stop Foreclosure in Middlesex

I have tried to do this myself with the countrywide home loans, and I have been having a hard time getting onto a program.

In May of 2007 I began the process of To view links in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. Your post count is 0 momentarily., and in Sept 2007 I got a agreement for both of my loans. I made the initial payment of $2000.00, for one loan and $8,000.00 for the first loan at the agreed time and method.

In October 2007, I received a decline notice from western union, who I was advised to send the money to countrywide, there was no reason for the decline, and country wide has not given me on. I contacted countrywide in Nov 2007, and they just contacted me again that I would be assigned a consultant again. I am very fearful that I am not going to be able to keep my home. While all this is going on I have also been responding to the lawyers letters, in the courts. The lawyers don't seem to be contacted by the bank.

I do not want to lose my home, can you please help me. I have tried several other of this types of companies, and I just don\'t believe they can do any more then I am doing. If you can assist I would feel greatful. To view links in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. Your post count is 0 momentarily.
