Let me also give you a little background information.. I'm currently going through a divorce, have 2 children, I work full-time, and also am a full time nursing student. My income is not the same as it was when I originally bought my house due to marital situation and if I can just get the payments lowered for the next 18-24 (time for me to finish school) I will be able to resume a higher payment. Right now, I'm barely able to make mortgage payments and really fear foreclosure ANYDAY now due to my inability to make payments. If I can just find some help to assist me through this transition period, then I\'m certain I can regain my good status. I need this help ASAP.
