I started having problems when my husband and I separated 10 years ago. Then the mortgage was with Solvay Bank. He was on the mortgage. My credit was not great. So i took the mortgage they offered. Stupid on my part. It was adjustable. The mortgage payments have been going up. Also I feel I have been depressed over the last 10 years - due to the divorce and loosing my brother so I haven't been very together.

I have a good job and should be able to handle a mortgage. It started out at 842 and know is over 1,000.
