1. My father and I became ill last June 2006. My father died, and I had surgery. I didn't know whether I would go on to keep my business but I did. It is growing. 2. In April of 2007, I lost the job that was supporting me and and my business. I had already been out of work for sometime, but this really hurt me. My business is not taking care of me. 3. I contacted AMC but the lady was abrupt with me and did advised me that I would have to let my house go. I have had this home since 2001, and it has been in the family since 1968. I really want help so that i can keep my house.
My situation has changed. My income is more steady, and the tenants in the home do not want to move and they alone provide sufficient enough income to pay the note of $818.00 (est). This I can afford. AMC/Ameriquest is the mortgage company who is foreclosing on this property.
