Well for starter I was a fist time home buyer who got taken advantage of being as I didn't understand the real estate market. i was just excited to purchase a home. I was placed into the home over financed among some other some other bad finance dealing in regard to the loans. Then I began to go through a custody battle with my first sons mother. Which took a HUGE financial toll on me and my family. When we received the first letter of intent to foreclose it caused my wife to panic.. Which then put us in a even worse position. If not I would like to sell the property. Either way I don't want the property to be foreclosed on.
My situation is better in the sense that The custody battle is over. Me and my wife make decent money the we could pay a reasonable mortgage.
