I would suggest contacting and working with local real estate agents in the area, you want to work in. Perhaps broaden your chances of cleaning by NOT just specializing in the foreclosures - offer your services to "all clientelle" who are selling their homes.

??? Why would someone under foreclosure want to hire someone to clean their house?
I assume that you mean clean houses that have been foreclosed and are now REO's that a bank is trying to sell or that you are looking for investors who have bought foreclosures and need someone to do clean up before they resell them.
Maybe rewording your intentions would get you better input.

Hi Kinyania,

I have some links that would be helpful for you, but can't post them due to my low post count. I'll make some more posts so keep checking back.

Hi Kinyania,

Here is a link to the HUD property preservation fee limits in SC. To view links in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. Your post count is 0 momentarily.

You will need to find out who the key REO specialists are in your area and market them directly. Some companies require that you have $100k-$500k in liability insurance. I offer a list of 200+ companies that hire field inspectors and independent contractors that provide property preservation services. You can order the list here. Good luck!
