Default Am I still responsible for HOA dues if my...

...home is in foreclosure? Should I continue to pay for the gardener? Do I shut off the utilities? I have exhausted all options to prevent foreclosure. My lender is unwilling to work with me and I am upside down on the mortgage. Just trying to move on and pick up the pieces...
My home is in Riverside County, California
Are there any investors willing to purchase homes for short sales in this area? How does this work?

Those dues are a lien on the property and will come out of the sales proceeds from your condo. If those proceeds are not enough the HOA might sue you for the rest.
