Bank and cured it? My mom is currently undergoing foreclosure with Chase Bank as the lender. Looks like we are very close to curing the foreclosure. We are running out of time though, we have until October 9, 2007 to fix it since that's the auction date. Has anyone been through foreclosure with Chase Bank as your lender? Have you fixed it? As well, does anyone know if the lender can postpone the auction date? I was looking around the web, and it says the lender can postpone the auction date. Just want to see if thats true as well.
