they normally wont start until your 90 days late then it should take another month or two then sheriif has to give you some notice

This varies from state to state. Some states it takes almost a year others as short as 60 days.

Avg. is 90 days.

Why not try to sell the house? Our negotiate with the bank a short sale? If you have money, try paying them. They would rather not forclose if you can shoot them a payment here or there.
