Default Foreclosure question.?
My condo was foreclosed on several months ago. It never sold. The mortgage company is still trying to sell it. Can I contact them and ask for the condo back and would I stand a chance at all with them, letting me take it back over? They are trying to sell it for 57,000 dollars less than what I owed them for it. Any serious answers would be greatly appreciated.
