Default How much can I get off the asking price of a

foreclosure home? I found a home I like... its bank owned and priced at 65K. The house has potential, but needs new windows, a new roof, new gutters, new flooring, and has molding on the inside. It is 1000sq feet, and 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Besides the listed above, it needs appliances, and major cosmetics. At 65K, how much less should I offer for the place? I like it, but its not worth that price... and the realtor told me she had only received one offer on the place... a very low one... what should I offer for the place considering I can do most of the work with my father...?
