Default Tax Deed Sale

Typically an annual sale and you can purchase property for teh taxes owed. There are occasionally diamonds in the rough, you need to attend at least one. Try to get a list from the courthouse and drive around and look at properties before you bid. Foreclosure sales just go to any big neighborhood and you will find foreclosure. Not going inot detail here about foreclosure, there are sites set up specifically for foreclosure listings.
