...Foreclosure? Which states provide lenders the right to pursue deficiency judgments relating to real estate foreclosure?
Maybe I should have filed this under "Law" but I am not in foreclosure nor is anyone that I know. This is a question regarding state law.

Also, if anyone answers this question, please advise as to DC as well if possible.

AGAIN...I am not in any foreclosure situation! This is a question regarding state law--SPECIFICALLY relating to debtor-creditor issues.
