Default could i break my lease if the building is in...

...foreclosure? my apartment is in foreclosure, and i want to move in october. could i break my lease without punishment?

Default Notice of Default issue

an important question before it can be answered is what state are you located? When was the notice of default issued? Is the landlord going to try to do a workout or let the property go to sale? Answer those questions and we can better respond.
