Why don't you people ever ask a question instead of just putting the title, how do you expect an answer if there is no question??? Man...

Default Foreclosure question?

Not sure why but it happens occasionally, just roll with it and keep on reading and replying.

No, you usually have to get government lists here in Illinois at least from the housing authority, also large banks and government sites have them. Most of them you need to be a business or have special access to.

Yes, forclosure homes are listed by the sheriff department in your county. You would find alist on the web by typing in the name of you county and then sheriff sales. If that doesn't work, just put in the name of your county and then click on the site and then in THAT search bar, type in sheriff sale.

If you are looking to pay it off you can find instructions on the same website.

Good luck
