Do I need a real estate agent for a foreclosure...
...property?SPAMMerS WILL BE REPORTED? I found this house im interested on buying at a website. I drove by today, looked at the windows, talked to neighbors...it is a foreclosure house and ill pay cash. I have no knowledge whatsoever about purchasing a home. Should I use an agent? Should I use the agent that is listing the property? What is the best way to approach the situation? Thank you.
