[Catalina P]

I am taking care of my father who is very very ill with a brain tumor. He has not paid his mortgage in almost 2 years and we received a notice on the front door that the house will be going up for auction in 20 days. I have only recently begun taking care of these things and do not know what to do...He can't be moved, he is in a hospital bed in the living room with hospice here on a daily basis. Is there a hardship or illness form I can submit to the lender in order to prolong his comfort?? Please help!!
