I was thinking of starting a home foreclosure cleaning business, with the vast amount of foreclosures in my state California and after doing a lot of research I'm seriously deciding to do this. For those of you who know this business or understand small business is this a smart thing to do? The market for it seems saturated and very competitive but the housing bubble hasn't bottomed out yet especially in my area so there must be demand right? Also its a realtive cheap business to start up with low overhead costs and seems profitable but are there at major pitfalls ahead of me or is my optimism on this businesses idea short sighted?
