...tenant having to relocate due to foreclosure? Please help me determine a fair relocation cost of cash for keys to help me negotiateI am a tenant, not the former owner of the house that went through foreclosure and the bank bought it back it is now owned by bank of america, They are coming up with an offer (pretty much to get me out quicker than the required 90days, and to avoid time and costs of legally evicting me) and I want to know what others have experienced. I already know my rights to stay in the home are for 90 days then I will get evicted but THEY want to offer me money to move out quicker than that..........What have you experienced as far the the amount you received
