Default How long do I have to wait to apply for a...
...conventional loan with a foreclosure? I currently have an FHA loan on my house # 1 with a 4 year FORECLOSURE, but would like to purchase a duplex.How do I--can I get around this mess. I want to purchase another property, I have the 20% down.

You can apply the same day but don't be expecting a loan approval for several years.
