Our house in Arizona is being auctioned in a week. My husband is receiving $20k as part of the sale of a family property in Canada in about 3 weeks. We cannot apply for a loan, don't have family interested on applying for a loan under their name and the idea of spending our money on renting a place and have nothing left in a year is killing us!What are our options? This money is all we have plus a low combined income at the moment!We are both residents in the state of Arizona by the way
