Questions about the foreclosure process.?

I am financing the contract on a home I sold to a private party. The buyer has fallen two payments behind. The title company has sent him two notices of deliquency, but we've had no responce. I have no previous experience in these matters. Can someone please enlighten me on what I need to do and how I go about it?
