She expects us to pay rent for JanuaryShe came by today and told me that she's going to file for a loan modification to keep the houseThis is something that she has apparently told another tenant before in the past, but it never happenedHer "plan B" is that she has us sign lease agreements so that we can continue to live hereShe says her sister is a real estate broker, so she's got this under controlBut it seems shady because she never told us about this and even wondered why they didn't send the auction notice in an envelope, which signals to me that she wasn't going to tell us until the very last minute.
