Default Bankruptcy question about foreclosure?

If I filed bankruptcy 4 years ago and a house was included in this but they have not foreclosed on me what can I do to get the process finished? My bank Attorney wants more money to file motions that I personaly think he should have informed me could happen 4 years ago. I cannot get a mortgage until this deed is out of my name for 3 years. I understand the loan stays on my credit against me, but I just want to move on that was the reason for bankruptcy "fresh start" as my BA put it.I have contacted them it is with OCWEN and they said they have no definite date, and can't give me anymore information than that. I know I have to wait 3 years that's why I am frustrated that it has been 4 already. How can I make them move forward faster, isn't there some sort of protection act that they have to go by?
