Has anyone else had a problem with Bank of America...

...approving a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure? Has Bank of America suggested you apply for a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure and referred you to REDC Group?I've had no luck with them and wondered if anyone has had a similar problem and can offer advice.Thank you
