My dad lost his job and hasn't found another one yet, nor has he received unemployment. The money that my mother makes isn't enough to sustain them. The company that holds their mortgage (it's a mobile home) won't speak to them, and the community they pay lot rent to won't adjust their fees. They have a large car payment they're afraid to get out of for two reasons: 1). My dad said he needs a reliable car to get to a job, and 2). they "owe more than it's worth" (they've had a few months). I don't know how to help them keep their home. We live in Colorado.
