Default Regarding the Tenants at Foreclosure Act: Does the 90...
...day notice need to be served or sent certified mail? I am a tenant in a foreclosed house. The legal firm representing the bank said that they sent me a 90 day notice but I was never served one and never received one in the mail or signed for any mail. I am the only person in the home so it could not have been signed by anyone else. I just saw my name in the newspaper stating that there are eviction proceedings against me! What are my options?
