my friends buying a foreclosure?
he is looking into the foreclosure the basement flooded 3 feet and then upstairs all the carpet the bank ripped out of the house because they claim a pipe broke on the 2nd floor i cant find where the pipe broke why would the bank then rip out the carpet for no reason??
