I am behind my Sept and Oct payments which were due on the 1st. My mortgage is with BOA. I received a notice today dated 10/12 asking for Sept/Oct due in 30 days from the 10/12 date. I called them last week explaining i can pay Sept/Oct AND Nov on 11/18. The letter says they must receive Sept/Oct by 11/12 or they will accelerate the foreclosure. They told me they prefer before the 12th. Do you think they can give me an extra week?? Im in Nj and this is the first time ive been so late. Im trying hard to catch up this month. Please...serious answers only...your help is much appreciated...
