Default what are the steps to evict a previous owner...

...after foreclosure in Florida? *HELP* what notice & steps do i need to take to formerly evict previous owner from property purchased from foreclosure sale? which notice am i required to provide previous owner to vacate asap? is this a 3 day notice to quit or to vacate? 7day or 15day notice? I gave him verbal to vacate & recently posted a formal 3 day notice to vacate which expires today --but there's so much info -www & so many notices; Then after notice -if still occupied -then what? this is NOT a tenant but a previous owner whose continued to occupy property way after foreclosure sale; someone has also informed me that there is a 90day notice?? now i'm really confused??? is the evict process -same as tenants? Oh btw, property is in Fl, Hillsborough County --i know i have many questions, -the more i resrch & read the more confused i am (so mentally drained)....your response is greatly appreciated Thanks so much!

Get an attorney. It's usually simple after a foreclosure. They already have notice, but you need them out before they damage the place. As in you want to just have the sheriff toss them, so have your ducks in a row.

I would believe since they are not a tenant because the bank Foreclosed on them and you purchased the property and are now the legal owner, they would be considered to be "trespassing" . I would take my purchase documents on the foreclosure to the police dept and ask them to arrest the individual for criminal trespassing on your property.
