I am divorced and my house is in my name and my ex...
...wife, but is in foreclosure,my ex dont want quit claim deed? my ex says that I am thinking about myself because once I sell the house to her I don't get affected and neither is my credit, but she says that is not good for her because we bought the house for $215000 and now is only worth $65000 and that is better if we file bankruptcy, but I don't want to file bankruptcy, what should I do?
