started? We are facing foreclosure on the first of October. I have been told a couple different things from others. if we come up with the funds to pay the past due, will they stop they foreclosure if its past the October 1st date? (such as if we came up with past due balance on the 15th for example). Will bank accept it?We fell behind due to both of us had surgery and was off work. My husband is retiring and applying for his benefits so we will definitely have the funds to pay it and keep up on payments soon.
