Default How does wife foreclosure impact me?
My wife of 6 months house is in foreclosure. How will this impact me as her husband. We live in Ohio, the mortgage and deed is in her name ONLY!!!!

It will not show up on your credit report if you are not listed on the mortgage. The only impact could be if you try to purchase another home jointly.

Seems to me it should not affect you. Do research. If I were you I would consult a real estate attorney.
