Is there a way to tell if a house is a foreclosure if...
...it doesn't say on the IDX listings? Without asking a realtor to look at the more detailed MLS? I ask because I came across a house I was interested in and the realtor told me it was a foreclosure, which didn't surprise me since I did think it was priced rather low. But, on the IDX listings, it doesn't say anything about being foreclosed, or have a mention of REO. Just wondering if there's a way to find out without asking a realtor?
