Owner died want to buy house before
foreclosure (and the winter)? My neighbor died, has no living relative that I know of. House is in pretty bad shape. I pulled the mortgage information from the county. Can I contact the bank direcly? They have without a doubt missed at least 3 payments. When does the bank realize the owner died? Hoping I can do something before winter.
