Default I am looking at buying a foreclosure the...
...bathrooms have been redone but there are no exahust fans in bathroom? There is an exchange air system in the house. There are no controls for it in the bathroom just one just one central control. Is this adequate?

It would not meet code in most places to fail to have vent exhaust in each bathroom.

You will probably want to add exhaust fans to quickly get rid of moist air in the bathrooms. Ones with timers work the best.
