Default Purchasing Foreclosure Property with

tenants? If a new buyer (me) decides to buy a home that is bank owned BUT has a tenant living in it (for past 14 years) would I be responsible fo returning their deposit? Would I be responsible for relocation fees? Or would this be the responsibility of the current owner (the bank) since they are the current owners If I buy the property do I have to give them 90 day notice? Currently the tenant is paying rent to the bank .

Your questions are too complex to be answered here. Consult with a real estate attorney experience in this subject of the law..
